NKC Schools EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is available to all employees and their immediate family members.  Enrollment is not required.

 

If you choose a face-to-face counseling option and you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City medical insurance with NKC Schools or your dependent has other medical insurance, you may consider asking New York Life to find a counselor who is also in-network with your medical plan should you need more than the allowed five annual visits.
